8. Pool Maintenance Requirements

Pool Maintenance Requirements

Proper maintenance is important for protecting the performance and condition of your container pool.

Customers are responsible for following the maintenance instructions provided with their pool and equipment.

This may include:

  • Maintaining appropriate water chemistry
  • Cleaning the pool and filtration system
  • Maintaining appropriate water levels
  • Following equipment operating instructions
  • Properly winterizing the pool where applicable
  • Maintaining heating and circulation systems
  • Following manufacturer maintenance instructions
  • Taking reasonable steps to protect equipment from damage

Failure to properly maintain the pool or equipment may result in damage that is not covered by this warranty.

9. Heating, Pump and Water-Treatment Equipment

Heating, pump, filtration, and water-treatment systems may be manufactured by third-party manufacturers.

Where a separate manufacturer’s warranty applies, the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will govern the applicable product.

For heaters and pumps, the standard manufacturer warranty period is 1 year.

For other qualifying pool equipment supplied by Container Pool Pro, the standard equipment warranty period is 3 years, unless the applicable product documentation states otherwise.

10. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your container pool or equipment has a problem covered by this warranty, contact Container Pool Pro as soon as possible.

To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Delivery and installation address
  • Description of the issue
  • Date the issue was first noticed
  • Photographs or videos of the problem
  • Relevant maintenance information
  • Any other information requested by our warranty team

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps.

11. Inspection and Diagnosis

Container Pool Pro may need to inspect the pool, equipment, installation, or affected component before approving a warranty claim.

If an inspection is required, we will coordinate the appropriate arrangements with the customer.

A warranty claim may be declined if the inspection determines that the problem resulted from an excluded circumstance such as misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or third-party work.

12. Unauthorized Repairs and Modifications

Customers should contact Container Pool Pro before arranging major repairs, modifications, replacement of covered components, or relocation of the pool.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications may affect warranty coverage where they cause or contribute to the problem.

Do not dismantle, modify, relocate, or repair major pool systems without first contacting our team.

13. Relocation of a Container Pool

The warranty applies to the original installation location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Moving a container pool after installation requires specialized transportation and equipment and may involve significant plumbing, electrical, structural, and site-preparation work.

Damage resulting from unauthorized movement, relocation, transportation, or reinstallation may not be covered under this warranty.

Contact Container Pool Pro before relocating your container pool.

14. Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, Container Pool Pro will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the covered issue.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include repair, replacement of a defective component, replacement of affected equipment, or another appropriate solution.

A warranty claim does not automatically result in a cash refund.

A refund may be considered where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or where required by applicable law.

15. Warranty Claim Costs

For approved warranty claims, Container Pool Pro will coordinate the appropriate warranty remedy.

If an inspection determines that the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for applicable inspection, service, transportation, repair, or other costs.

If chargeable work is required, applicable costs will be communicated to the customer before the work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

16. Warranty Transfer

This warranty applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If ownership of the container pool changes, the warranty does not automatically transfer to a subsequent owner unless Container Pool Pro agrees to the transfer in writing.

17. Warranty and Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific protections in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable federal, state, or local laws.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
